Humidity data loggers DCXP-RH8 and DCXP-RH16 from Driesen + Kern provide accurate and reliable temperature and humidity readings from 8/16 combined humidity sensors and probes. In addition they will calculate absolute humidity, wet bulb temperature, dewpoint and many more. Having a very low energy consumption the humidity loggers can be used for a few years without the need for a battery change. While DCXP-RH8 is a 16 channel datalogger for humidity and temperature, whcih means up to 8 combined probes can be connected, the DCXP-RH16 has twice as much chenels ready to connect up to 16 combined humidity and temperature probes. For your application Driesen + Kern offers a range of probes: miniature probes (D=4mm, L=20mm) , Probes for pressurised pipes (DKRF374), Standard probes D=8mm und L=40/100mm (DKRF300) and many more.
The DCXP humidity logger does have an impressive accuracy! It uses capacitive humidity sensors with a calibrated range of 0...100%RH with an accurcy of +/-1.8%RH in a range of 10...90%RH. And even beyond that range they still have an accuracy of 3%RH. They are reliable, drift free and have a fast repsonse time.
All sensors are based on a digital communication, calibration data inside the sensors. This means, that sensors can be interchanged from loggerchannel to loggerchannel or as well replaced without any need for calibration. Humidity and temperature probes come with a 2m or 5m lead as a standard. Optionally a cable length of up to several hundred meter may be configured as well.
