Conductivity
One of the most important parameters in water analysis is conductivity. Conductivity measurements are performed regularly in many industrial and environmental applications as a fast, inexpensive and reliable way of measuring the ionic content in fluids thus allowing, for example, the monitoring of quality in public water supplies, hospitals or in boiler water. Conductivity is linked to the amount of dissolved solids within the water. The more dissolved solids are present the higher the conductivity is. Driesen + Kern offers both data loggers and probes for conductivity measurements.
